This X-Lab Classroom 1 ? X1 package is a compact system for training 3-6 clients in a small group environment. Two of the XCCS cable component stations can also be utilized as a cable crossover.

• 3 Pull-up/6 Suspension Training Anchors
• 3 XCCS Cable Component Stations
• 6 Resistance Band Stations
• 2 Step-up/Battle Rope Anchors
